Me, I consider anything that's non-obligatory work as rest.
Since I'd spend the time not resting, wishing I'd be doing x otherwise.
Sometimes, I feel like:
- drawing something outside my projects.
- messing with code for RPGMaker translations.
...Occasionally I actually play games.

(These are extremes, but still...)
Thankfully, being able to see through it makes it less horrible to deal with accordingly... But it's still horrible to encounter, both in regards to others, and oneself.
