The disabled experience is a really bad way to describe anything @ign.com all disabilities have a wide range of variation. Just one personal example, me and my niece have the same disability. Yet you wouldn't know she has it and you can't miss the fact that I have it. (1/2)

To those who assign review codes to staff members on their teams. I'd love to pick your brains over how you code assignment system works. I.e do staff put in requests, if so when? (i.e once a full release date is given or before.) Is it based on who does most coverage pre code? or something else?

Applied for a job for the first time in a few years and while I'm not sure I'll get it, I really hope I do. It would be something new for me but is somewhat of a dream role, that I hope could lead to more opportunities to do cool things. 🤞
