Been on a beautiful trip to the seaside today to visit where my grandparents ashes are scattered including fish and chips by the sea 🥰

My anxiety has been through the roof these last 4-5 weeks and whilst struggling, I at least thought I'd been managing but today one little thing has pushed me over the edge so now everything feels amplified by about a million percent and my brain has had enough 🫠😭

Went on a little solo cinema trip after work (FNAF2 is a lot of fun!), picked up a takeaway on the way home and now curled up in bed eating it whilst watching one of my favourite Christmas movies (Did Hard). Happy Friday everyone! 🥰
