Got it done. Got to the damn place, got fingerprinted, has my picture took with awful hat hair, it's DONE and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Then I went to Phipps and chilled for a bit because it is the happy place

I'm not mad that in order to keep my job I have to get fingerprinting done on the coldest day of the coldest week we've had so far this winter. I'm not mad that this could have been done a month ago if they hadn't cancelled my appointment. I'm not mad that I wouldn't be leaving the house otherwise.

What I really need is a week where I don't have to go anywhere, do anything, talk to anyone. I got off work at 4:30 yesterday, took ibuprofen, lay down in a dark room with my weighted eye pillow, and just didn't get up again. And I'm still tired.

Picked my leather coat up from the cleaners, tacked a spare button back on one of the two coats I'm getting rid of and bagged them up for donation, tightened a button on a coat I'm keeping, emptied the dishwasher, put away some xmas decorations, sorted thru old sewing supplies, did laundry...
