The IRS needs a law that if you use stock (obtained thru employment) as collateral for a loan then you must pay taxes on the leveraged amount. Write-offs don’t apply to it either.

There was corruption in the Grant and Harding administrations, but the presidents were largely uninvolved. Nixon committed crimes in secret but didn't really line his own pockets.

I thought the same with Putin. Why the sudden urgency for this peace plan? Interesting as Trump’s failing health is becoming much more visually obvious and the pressure from the Epstein files.

We Normies need not worry, as soon as it crashes, the DOJ will go after these execs just like they did with the banking execs in 2008.

Agree. When our kids started driving, they actually preferred our EVs over the ICE car for reasons I hadn’t expected. Said they felt safer b/c the car reacts instantly when they change lanes or pull onto a road. Their prediction skills weren’t fully developed yet, so that responsiveness mattered.
