holy crap Nutella just grew up! dark chocolate hazelnut gelato. though in my ex-professional it's probably too firm to count as gelato. but f*ck it was delicious

picked up one of these "blind date" books at the bookstore before my holiday. I'm finding having a book or 2 (since I'm switching between two right now) carrying a book with me is helping when I go to a cafe or restaurant as I'm feeling overwhelmed on my own and imagining the judgement from others

my first run of the year and first since the beginning of December. running with friends helps me push just that little more running 6 instead of 5k.
in an effort to show myself a little more kindness I have to say that wasn't a bad effort even with the lack of running and increased weight.

So after the snow at the start of the week, I've gone and booked 4 nights in Malta end of the month. Really this is a big deal for me since this is the first time I've been abroad in 8 years and first on my own in 5.5 years. logistically I'll be grand but I don't think I'm emotionally prepared.

waited to open the parcel since it had been sat in the freezing cold and I didn't want to immediately try everything. As always everything looks and feels amazing the briefs have to be my favourite. Now my 3rd union suit in another shade of green 🤔 there are mirror pics 😜
