The fact I put my garbage in the garbage bin outside and it never overflows or has animals in it, and I don't even need to know what exactly happens to it

So if you find yourself "addicted" to "scrolling through TikTok" you might be self-prescribing EMDR to defend your psyche from emotional damage you might otherwise be taking

The current theory is that these games work like EMDR therapy. And there's a secret theory that a vast amount of TikTok videos do the same to people
