Let’s get two things straight. 1) Dems are refusing to sign the GOP budget to prevent healthcare rates from skyrocketing. 2) Trump is illegally starving citizens in retaliation. Living under an autocracy is having a government that does not care about you.

It is the moral, ethical, and yes legally right for Democratic States and Cities to engage in Soft Secession by withholding federal taxes. This would not violate the Supremacy Clause, has immense precedent in US history, & the time to act is NOW.
