My second Initial Health and Wellness Coaching visit went great!! I improved over my last one, and finally got to the bottom of WHY they sought out coaching. Unfortunately, I ended the chat without saving my notes and had to spend 30 minutes rewriting them from memory 😭 But I'll never do that again😂
