Honestly, I'm having trouble believing all of this. Supposedly this was filed on November 24th. Why haven't we heard anything about it? Has any other press picked this up? Did I just miss it?

The plaintiffs are seeking at least $310 million in compensatory damages, more than $134 million in attorneys’ fees, and injunctive relief that would include the “immediate return of full legal and physical custody” of the lead plaintiff’s daughter. They also asked that the trial be expedited.
