- role is <2 years, have someone already or looking for experts expecting low pay

Casual, friendly conversation is not being #neurodivergent friendly nor #inclusive. Don’t mistaken informality for lower cognitive load. Makes it worse. We need precise, specific and structured info. Please be #kinder.

I once had a job where everyone loved to hike. They made it into a team building activity. I have a hidden disability which impacts my breathing. I couldn’t walk up a tiny hill, couldn’t keep up; they didn’t stop, and left me behind. So much for team building #disabilities #awareness #inclusion
