Fantastic Four: First Steps was a joy to watch. It’s the first Marvel film since Avengers: Endgame that’s left me wanting more. The retro-futuristic art direction is gorgeous, it’s made me realize how refreshing more optimistic superhero films can be. Not everything needs to be grim and brooding.

I tried out Coke Zero on vacation, thinking it might suit my pre-diabetes.
However, research suggests it’s not entirely diabetic-friendly. While it lacks sugar and calories, it contains artificial sweeteners like aspartame and acesulfame potassium.

Oh, so *this* was the grand Rapture? I was promised fire, trumpets, and chaos, but instead, it’s just another Tuesday. I’m disappointed. If this is the chosen few, then Heaven has low standards or someone misplaced the guest list. This is the worst Rapture I’ve ever had.

I just had the chance to try out the brand-new Live Translation feature for AirPods running on iOS 26, and I have to say—it’s genuinely impressive. The way it can instantly interpret speech in real time feels like something straight out of science fiction.

After a long day of nonstop interaction, I’m completely drained and my social batteries are completely empty. I’m grateful to finally be in my own space where I can breathe, be quiet, and recharge. Sometimes, solitude really is the best medicine.

The “I don’t do politics” crowd isn’t neutral; they’re cowards. They have loud and misguided opinions, but hide behind a facade. Not enlightened; but terrified of ridicule for holding beliefs that crumble under scrutiny. It shows they're ashamed of their beliefs and too cowardly to stand by them.

Next Saturday, I’ll change my Dexcom sensor in public during my visit to EPCOT. I’ve always changed my sensor at home for privacy and predictability, but living with pre-diabetes doesn’t always align with comfort. Should I choose a restroom or a bench? Am I overthinking this?

Why do some people exist just to steal joy? I was excited about the Apple event when I saw a dozen comments saying it wasn’t special and I was getting too excited. Why can’t people let others enjoy things? It’s exhausting defending my excitement for something as simple as being excited.

Someone suggested I give today’s Uber driver one star because he was uncommunicative. However, I’d rather give him five stars for his silence. In fact, if Uber had a “blessed silence” category, I’d be giving him a six.

When I’m off work, don’t contact me. I’ve set my iPhone focus filters to block all texts and phone calls from work-related numbers the moment I clock out. Nothing work-related is that important that I need to be contacted outside of work hours. I’m simply not compensated enough for that.
