2/3 Turns out, Thune's PAC (Heartland Values) has been paying rent to the USD Foundation for months this year, per FEC reporting.
It was the only connection for rent that I saw in the FEC database btwn this PAC and the USD Foundation.

This was one of TWO street trees taken out by winds yesterday on the unit block of 5th NE. (Gotta love the integrity of the 19th century metal fence supporting almost the entire weight of the tree.)

Oh, what do we have here? Seems the DOGE field office has not cleaned its sidewalk yet this morning! That doesn't look so efficient!
