Andrew Probert’s CONCEPT Ambassador Class Starship by Tobias Richter - Modelers Miniatures & Magic
I can never say enough positively about famed professional artist Tobias Richter of The Light Works. His builds in both physical and digital realms are pure inspiration. And now, building the design o...

It's interesting how asking for something leads to am over-the-top response. I forgot about this project.

The original artwork was a print Probert sold online, but he seems to have moved away from the web—no website or social media accounts. I can't find them anymore.

Reminds me of Probert's designs of the Enterprise-C as seen on the conference room wall. (Early seasons)

I like your Essex Mk III-class

Part 1 @admiralbuck.bsky.social
I have read that. Most social media builds don't have the equipment or settings right. The one 3D model I bought as a gift for my father, a Vietnam Veteran. Part 1

The model was a vinyl record grooved print. Sanding for a week, I ended up using automotive primer to help fill in the gaps. The finished model looked pretty good, I must say. He never seen a model rocket of his rocket before. It's still on his shelf today.

I like that the pilot has a glass view of the ground. Stylish, no, practical, very much so. I appreciate your real-world thinking in this design area. 👍

I like B,
I have never been a fan of the red on the nacelles; I never have been.

I prefer the large number 5 on A to the small 200 or 2000 by the door on concept B.

I dislike the appearance of many 3D-printed ships. They almost look like a vinyl record with grooved lines. I love that your ships are made the old-fashioned way and are smooth. You probably sand more than you want, but its not a task that takes weeks on end to complete.

Part 2 @seanferrick.bsky.social, only valuable items are toy tricorders and phasers, due to cosplay. Most of my items are out of the box and aren't worth much. I should have sold them years ago or let my kids play with them now. The stock market is a better option.

Never heard of it, need to look it up. It is fascinating to see Star Trek actors in other movies.
