Minifigure scale isn't cheaper. Rebrickable.com has a load of instructions on ships and bridges for free to a few $€. Two different TNG bridges and Voyager. I bet Voyager or TMP/1701-A is the next ship. Two different versions of TNG Bridges

The story goes into the negative classified areas. Starfleet and Earth history would not want to air dirty laundry of super people and the events of Star Trek 2-4.
