We don't need a global town square.
You break up echo chambers, this one too, if nec. We don't need our thoughts and opinions broadcast for everyone to see. Esp if those chambers are moderated by the wealthiest among us.
We need actual town squares, real and digital, where people can go to converse
Does anyone have any idea how we break the echo chambers? No Trump voter in my family will ever know what actually happened to Alex Pretti or Renee Good. They will believe the officers were justified. They will watch Fox News and that will be the end of it.

When you look at the first page of standards on their site they all have to do with petroleum/gas. Could that be a factor in shutting this valuable board?

I'm confused as to what people thought a banker was going to do. Actual leftists voted in fear so this. Some still support him spouting "you don't understand him like I do" like a battered spouse.

This is the stuff that makes me hate hockey. Not only is a kid's career in the balance but his long-term health and people want to debate minutiae.

It a dinosaur league run by Neanderthals. If they want to be taken seriously these hits can't occur.
Late blindside hit to the head determined to be a "good hockey hit."

Wilson might've just ended Chytil's career, but you wouldn't want him to spend any time in the penalty box, nosirree.

Were they waiting until they got their money to make these arrests or are these just frivolous charges to show that it's worth it?

In BC this year, the public is subsidizing private schools to the tune of a staggering $570 million dollars, while public school boards struggle to balance their budgets. Let’s redirect that money back to public schools. #bced #bcpoli www.policyalternatives.ca/news-researc...
