I pushed them into discomfort using role plays of data meetings and team conflict. We grow more when we reject artificial harmony and press into healthy conflict. This school is ready to apply to be a Model PLC School! #PLCatWork

I had 2 GREAT days coaching the Pinon Hills ES leadership team in culture, shared leadership, and RTI in Tiers 1, 2, and 3. ❤️

Then embedded coaching of the leadership team around goals & culture. I spend a lot of time at this school and am so invested.
