A1: I had the opportunity to spend a day coaching collaborative teams about productive data use with instructional coaches doing a fishbowl observation. The energy and enthusiasm from the coaches was incredible. One of those days you feel like you made a difference #LeadLap

I pushed them into discomfort using role plays of data meetings and team conflict. We grow more when we reject artificial harmony and press into healthy conflict. This school is ready to apply to be a Model PLC School! #PLCatWork

A4: I had a daily (quick) check in with my school social worker and my instructional coach. Also, I had a daily alarm set for 9:30 am. If I was sitting at my desk when it went off, I would get up and take a walk through the school. #LeadLAP

A2: A guiding coalition was my most important asset in leading. But when I had a short term project, goal, or need - I would ask people to join a “task force” for that project. For example, I had a task force take on lunch coach training when we got a new group of lunch coaches. #LeadLAP
