My son is *really* into late 90s-early 00s sitcoms and I’m really enjoying his commentary lmao. Had to explain why so many shows ended with terrible cliffhangers around 2005-2006. He doesn’t understand why someone wouldn’t save My Wife and Kids.

This isn’t parenting advice, it’s abuse. When I practiced family law, it was definitely considered abuse. It’s also a sign of an unintelligent parent since you lack the ability to effectively communicate in a disciplinary manner so bad that you have to resort to abuse and violence. It’s that simple.
