Personally I think it is totally fine that an oligopoly of two powerful American platform companies get full discretionary control to decide what game content is allowed to be financially feasible and what game content isn't allowed to be financially feasible.

Got my copy of the @eyepatchwolf.bsky.social book and it’s rad as hell. The print by Platiboo is gorgeous. But who got the copy before mine?? 667. So close, but at least I’m the neighbor of the beast.

The original Let it Die was a weird game that I enjoyed briefly but its hand curated soundtrack of Japanese indie/punk/metal/rock bands was all I listened to for weeks. To use AI slop for the music in this is a travesty.

4.5 playthroughs later and platinum achieved on Silent Hill f. Ignore the haters, this game rules. Combat can get funky on harder difficulties but It gets the vibes and themes right, and I like that multiple plays/endings peel back layers of the story giving you gradual revelations. 8.7934/10

Another platinum and this was a hard one. Sekiro bested me when I first tried it a few years ago and I shelved it after the first boss. I finally decided to give it another go and stick with it. I wouldn’t say I “got gud” but I got better and would now consider it one of my favorites.
