We’re fighting to secure equal justice for all, end mass incarceration, and strengthen families + communities
The Trump administration’s actions dismantle the few legal pathways left in the already unfair and inhumane immigration system. Leaders at all levels of government must urgently act and ensure everyone has a fair chance to defend their rights and stay rooted with their families and communities.

Immigration court should be a place where judges uphold justice, not face punishment for doing their jobs and ruling fairly. It must function as an independent judiciary where people can defend their freedom, not as a tool for facilitating mass deportations or a political agenda.

These abrupt firings along with widespread attacks on due process in the immigration legal system:

❌ destabilize ongoing cases
❌ create uncertainty for individuals seeking relief or asylum
❌ jeopardize the rights and safety of people seeking stability
