Serving up salty truths with a dash of frustration over a legacy that’s left life tougher than it once was.
Do we really want AUKUS? The US nepos making claims they will invade other sovereign countries? How long till Australia is in the cart? This should result in sanctions and outrage from the world!

Only two nations are in budget surplus, have triple A credit ratings and have reduced debt to GDP two years running: Australia and Denmark. Interesting that Australia's mainstream news media (incl. the ABC) doesn't report this news. 🤔 #auspol #journalism

Governments success should be measured by how many people can buy a first home and how many live above the poverty line. Every Country should legislate that CEOs salary can not exceed ten times that of their lowest paid employees. Focus on NEED not GREED #Auspol

Dutton wants nuclear power.
1. How well do they work in a bushfire emergency? 2. Do we have enough water to manage these facilities when they are hundreds of klms from the ocean?
3. How many people will we have to import with tech knowledge? Impossible to train our own in time.

A Record Exodus of Incumbents with Keith Pitt the latest. Have I missed any?

It’s clear the LNP is facing a reckoning. A record number of incumbents have announced they’re stepping away, leaving voters questioning if the party truly has a vision for the future—or the support of its own members.

I will never understand how a billionaire, the richest man on Earth, spent millions to buy an election for ANOTHER billionaire, and told us that his policies would cause all of us non-billionaires “temporary hardship...”

...and the public didn't tell BOTH OF THEM to fuck off.

Turns out, it wasn’t Twitter/X we loved, it was each other.

I can’t wait to see that platform collapse.

Escaped from X and landed here—feels like I’ve gone from a bad reality show to the afterparty. Is this more popular than Threads? Time to make new friends again.
