Seeing a lot of "why even vote for Dems?" today, when the thing people are upset about losing was literally created, and passed by Dems.

I think the question is less “Would a version of this character frozen in time in the 80s-2000s or whenever they were originally written and transported to 2025 be MAGA?” and more “Would this character be susceptible to MAGA brain worms melting their brain over the years and winding up MAGA? (2/2)

There was discourse about who fictional characters would vote for a few months ago where everyone argued their faves like Hank Hill or whoever couldn’t possibly be MAGA because of some view they expressed at some point. (1/2)

The Democrats who represent the hundred or so few Americans who don’t live in NYC generally don’t feel the need to glaze candidates for local races in other states.
