I’ve played both and I preferred the PSP version, it’s snappier and a little more punishing, but the 3D one is solid. Just don’t bring Luca into your final party or else the ending sequence will crash, in an error they still haven’t fixed

He’s more heroic more often and can be a final party member, but his best scenes are still clearly aware that he doesn’t have the kind of constitution the others do. He holds out against a scary boss fight but not through being tough, instead being clever and thoughtful. It’s quality stuff.

Also @questingrefuge.bsky.social there’s no reason for you to have ever played after years but I will say that having played it twice your read on Edward still holds strong!
