No it’s not the same as seeing the real thing.
Hearing is this pm. My guess is that it’s a done deal, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. They’re not going to fix it up and bring it back. Turning water off was kind of the death knell. But fountains also huge challenge maintenance-wise. San Francisco Chronicle, October 31, 2025. #Urbanism+ #publicart

This exhibition of work from #CoastGuardArtCollection @Salmagundi is quite interesting. Focusing on US Coast Guard labor and service, the #illustration #art is employed in brochures and advertising and serves purpose of education, recruitment, and—very important—public relations.
