Been listening to this today, pretty much on repeat while doing some stocktaking for @logofiasco.bsky.social - if you like Melt Yourself Down this will likely be for you.

More recently, the lovely Sean, known as @heykidsshop.bsky.social, created a cut out and make rose sculpture for the release of Living & Growing by The Felt Tips. Again, I’m sold out but if you ask your local indie record store to order it from SRD you’ll find one tucked inside. It’s awesome.

I also commissioned the über-talented @matpringle.bsky.social for the release of Drink Ring Jesus by @stephensimmons.bsky.social (I’m sold out but Stephen may have some copies left - shipping from the US).

No AI was used in the production of this artwork. Instead, I commissioned an artist to create it. Cost less and supported someone in their artistic endeavours. Double win.

It comes with music pressed onto a bio-vinyl disc. You can own a copy, too 😉

Artwork on the sleeve was made by Renee Vaughan Sutherland. The fabric bad design was adapted from a sketch by Tristan Fitzgerald. All other artwork created by Mr. O - Anthony Oram.

A shelter made of sticks, probably by kids who really should be indoors playing video games online instead of enjoying the outdoors. Kirstie and Phil would likely suggest knocking through for a kitchen extension. Inside the shelter. Some waterproofing issues may need addressing. Would suit a forager.

Arrived ahead of The Felt Tips gig with The Understudies in support tonight.
The Betsy Trotwood pub on Farringdon Road , London, which is playing host to a gig by The Felt Tips, one of Scotland’s excellent indie pop bands (if not *the* best). They’re here to celebrate the release of their debut album from 2010 on vinyl for the first time. Support from The Understudies, and a DJ set by Pete Paphides. Don’t have FOMO, come down!

As with every @needlemythology.bsky.social release, this one does not disappoint. Beautifully put together and the quality of the music, well, that was never in doubt.

I particularly love the train ticket hype sticker design.

Badges have arrived. Shiny and hard to photograph, but I have a box of them ready for the gig. They look better IRL.

A big thanks to @graemealdy.bsky.social who kindly sent me these two releases by Hurrah! in the post. Arrived yesterday but I’ve not been feeling very well so as yet they are Unspun, which I hope to rectify tomorrow. For now, back to bed.
