this game was a treat and all the media you would find of it back in the way was the multiplayer component that let you play as cars kicking the shit out of each other.

you'll find people who only played the PAL version say the NTSC version sounds wrong and i'm sorry to say it's because it was slowed way the fuck down and it sounds like dogshit.
