Like it’s “possible” in that I can say there might be a race of humanoids from a distant galaxy where they’re all named Steve but I’m not basing that prediction on any particular knowledge just a fondness for the way “Steve” plays in the joke format.

The context being they might not actually exist and also the State Department’s claim that Maduro is the leader of every cartel is not necessarily supported by facts.
