38years ago, around 3am, my dad woke me to say goodbye to my mum who had finally let go of her years long battle with multiple cancers. i was newly 16 & never grew older nor had a decent night's sleep again.

it's surreal to think she has now been gone longer than she was here.

A while back Newt accidentally took a selfie by stepping on my phone & activating the camera with his super soft foot pad & toe beans.

This scene always makes me smile because Abergavenny is where my dad was from & where he briefly met & soundcheck-played with them before his band's support slot that evening.
