the worst part about being a writer is getting good at recognizing foreshadowing so now I rarely am surprised by plot twists I just get there and go “yeah I know, moving on” 😅

I admit I judge books by their covers, so getting an ebook reader has helped because now I have been reading more stories with covers that immediately make me think “nope,” and there are some I have enjoyed 👍 (some I haven’t but that’s bookish life)
