I spent six hours photographing the Triangulum Galaxy from a local parking lot. I wish light pollution wasn't so terrible here.

New eyepiece!! (Of course it’s cloudy though so no testing)

The Pac-Man nebula. I photographed this nebula from a nearby parking lot, using long exposures over the course of 3 nights.

I spent 20 hours photographing the Andromeda galaxy, taking long exposures over the course of four nights to create this image.

I guess I need new tires

The Heart Nebula

I spent 10 hours photographing this nebula from a nearby parking lot.

Apologies for inactivity. I’ve been enjoying #umamusume

The Lobster Claw nebula. I spent 9 hours photographing this nebula over the course of two nights in narrowband. Processing monochrome is tricky but I think I'm improving.

The new rig has been nice. I did find the scope was a bit too heavy for the am5 without a counter weight though. Probably gonna go to an off axis guider at some point.

Cottage loaf.

Delicious and easy to make, although I burned my hand on the pan. Mary Berry recipes never fail.

I've come a long way from my first-ever attempt at #astrophotography on the Andromeda galaxy. This time around I spent 7 hours photographing it. I still have a long way to go, but I've loved every step of the way. #photography #astronomy

The Wizard nebula

I had some collimation issues that appeared during processing, but given the time I spent on it I still wanted to post this photo.

NGC 7023 - The Iris Nebula

The bright star at the center of this nebula illuminates the dark, shadowy dust surrounding it. This dust is difficult to photograph, and only becomes apparent in dark skies.

NGC 6946 - The Fireworks Galaxy

I spent 5 hours photographing this galaxy under extra dark skies.

Crescia al Formaggio

It’s a delicious bread loaf with cheese and a little bit of seasoning inside. Got the recipe from Giuseppe Dell’Anno’s book.

The new setup is finished. RIP old refractor, your sacrifice was not in vain 🫡

North American Nebula and the Pelican nebula

I spent 11 hours photographing these nebula in narrowband. I know I've spent a lot of time photographing this nebula, but it's one of my favorites, and I do a little better each time.

Messier 27, or the Dumbbell nebula

This was one fun to shoot but much harder to process.

Quick test shot from tonight on the RC. Excited for this one.

Messier 57, or the Ring Nebula

This is the smallest object I've ever photographed (figuratively speaking), but I had a lot of fun shooting it. It's very bright in the sky, so even with light pollution, I was able to use very short exposures.

The Cygnus loop

This is my first attempt at narrowband imaging, shot in Ha and OIII. Monochrome definitely has a bit of a learning curve to it, but I enjoyed the process.
