Yes on Friday for both of us with no problem. Try clearing the cache or using an incognito tab or a different browser.

Laura, you now have to sign in using ID.me. As of last week it was on the SSA home page. Once you validate through this secure software who you are using a live picture and something like a passport you then click on this instead of the account tab.

Have you tried going through the IDme option from the sign in page? Just signing into your account doesn't work anymore.
