If there’s one thing I will NOT tolerate, it’s randos replying that people in “red states” or “red districts” get what they deserve, what they “voted for” from this administration

No one, not one person, deserves the kind of useless destruction, fear and violence from this authoritarian regime

While scanning through the posts about Parker Malloy being run off this platform, it occurs to me that most critical commentary currently (not just about this) is completely ad hominem. Either as an attack or a defense.

Ok, yep, worth watching. Had not thought about this before.
This is actually quite brilliant, up to and including the final sentence 🔥

Arrakis, a desert, planet, can you believe it? Some people call it Dune, I call it Arrakis. The SPICE must flow, and quite frankly, it will be flowing much faster than under the failed DUKE LETO. Maybe he was a nice guy, maybe not,I think he was jealous of me! We're looking into that very strongly.

I think a lot of people knew this on paper, but it's really been well illustrated now.
Of course we're specifically talking about wealthy white folks, right? Cause I know plenty of other folks who have been on the business end of law enforcement regardless of breaking laws or not.
It’s amazing to find out at this late date how much the rule of law depended on people simply deciding, on a voluntary, daily basis, not to break the law.

Realizing that I am very deep in my Liane Moriarty era, and probably will be for another decade.
It's also my Caroline Lee era; what an incredible narrator! I can't get enough.

JD Vance best watch this vid ‘cuz yesterday he bitched that his 3-yr-old was scared by a group of protesters shouting “Slava Ukraini.”

The hypocrisy is staggering: This girl lost her leg in a Russian attack & is a symbol of the unyielding strength of the Ukrainian people who are fighting pure evil.

I get that social media is addictive and that I should limit my time on it, but also there are like thousands of insanely funny people posting stuff that literally makes me gut laugh and my brain light up with dopamine. I really like that a lot ❤️

Trump's threatened ethnic cleansing of Palestine pushes the world into dangerous new territory.
He is launching a direct attack on international law.
Will Canada stand up to the gangster or be complicit in a crime against humanity?

Elon Musk’s staffers are still attempting to manipulate the Treasury payment system to halt the flow of funds following their recent losses. Reminder: U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly has restricted DOGE’s read-only access. No one is above the law.

Congress was denied entry to both the U.S. Department of Education and the Treasury, where Musk staffers blocked the doors. Along with its appropriations responsibilities, Congress holds oversight authority over federal agencies. Blocking congressional access to these agencies is illegal.

Please remember that economic and political instability are ripe opportunities for those with resources to profit incredibly.
When costs change quickly, it is easy for those with resources (who are prepared) to buy and sell commodities to their great benefit.
