The added minimum installed capacity would look like this when stacked on top of 2024 #OffshoreWind figures 👍

Reducing the need to burn 🔥 fossil fuels, i.e.:

⬛️ #Coal
🟫 #Oil

🟩 but also #biomass 🌲

The acceleration of #Europe's clean energy transition has made #OffshoreWind farms essential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and ensuring a more sustainable future 💚

I'm not sure it is determined by a country's economical status. Please refer to the Early Adopters list below by @electricfelix.bsky.social 🦋 bsky.app/profile/elec...

Regarding #Turkey 🥕:

☑️ Low ÖTV and MTV (tax) on #BEVs
☑️ Well developed charging infrastructure
☑️ Low electricity cost ($0.05/kWh)

The Whole World Is Switching to EVs Faster Than You:

"BloombergNEF forecasts EVs will be displacing about 5.3 million barrels of oil a day, equivalent to about a 10th of all road fuel consumed globally at present."

I'm not. This is what the trajectory for #Spain 🇪🇸 looks like with the current incentives 🥕 and uneven charging infrastructure ⚡

Luckily there’s still time to accelerate the transition 🙏

Completely agree with you 🎯

Take the bus, metro or tram as long as it is electric. E-bike or bicycle is even better and faster.

Works really well here in Copenhagen and many other cities I know.

Well spotted 👍

I believe this is primarily due to the policies and incentives implemented by their two respective governments. Also more initiatives by Portugal to help drive charging infrastructure forward.

Thank you Nick. I really appreciate your constructive feedback 🙏

I fully agree. It is tricky to illustrate a span from 97% to 5% using only a few colours and tones.

I tried using only 🟩 tones, then 🟩 and ⬛, then 🚥. Still difficult to distinguish them when so close.

I'll play a bit more with this.

With the tax reduction initiatives passed earlier today this will most likely happen already in late 2027 👍

🥕 to maintain course and speed:

✅ Keep current tax benefits
✅ Lower electricity costs (from 2026)

Estimated #BEV 🔋🚘 passenger cars in #Denmark and share of the total fleet in 2030.

Godt spørgsmål. Det eksakte tal kendes formodentlig ikke, da det er privatejede ladepunkter. Det må blive et kvalificeret skøn.
