these are massively different, 8 to 6 I think most could do in a year (obviously depending on lots of factors), but 6 to 4 I'd almost consider impossible for an adult with a job who wants a normal life with running just as a hobby

and the under armor cold gear is amazing, I actually get too hot if it's above ~24F and I've had the same few tops for about 10 years, they really last

grew up running in Maryland and in Philly now, it shouldn't be too icy too often, I've always been able to just slow down and be careful and haven't had problems

awesome! depending on what pace you want to hit you could absolutely run 10 miles next weekend. 8 miles at ~8:45 is great, you should be able to do 10 at ~9:20 (maybe even a bit quicker) pretty comfortably with the fitness you have right now!
