Call me old fashioned, but if I had all the money in the world, I would blissfully retreat for the rest of my life.

Managed to slip out with the family tonight to a chain restaurant. Five tired and hungry firemen in next booth, clearly appreciative of a free dinner offer. I hope no fireman ever pays for a meal again in LA, they are going through Hell for us. Deepest thanks to you all!!

One nice thing about moving to bluer skies is less (self imposed) intimidation to voice opinions and interact with people in the film industry. I may not have the greatest resume, but I have experience and opinions, dammit!
