I remember when I weighed 130lbs and thought I was fat. ive hit the "there's a genocide and laundry, brenda" part of body neutrality. Id call it freeing if it weren't panic inducing to live in these gd unprecedented times.

I'm ESPECIALLY tired of consumerism masquerading as self care, masquerading as healing, masquerading as rest. Drinking a latte in bed and getting pedicures can make you feel better but be so fucking forreal. It doesn't replace therapy or actual community care.

Yah also something about losing the ability to engage deeply with complex ideas and raw data.
Something something we look at art at such a small scale on our phone screens that we’re losing the ability to appreciate linework and detailing due to the “observe for a second, like, and scroll” method of art consumption facilitated by social media.
