Husband to the world’s greatest wife, father of two amazing adult children, professional communicator, lifelong hockey fan, and slo-pitch legend.
I briefly considered spending $2,500 for a ticket in the nosebleeds tonight, but sanity prevailed. Sitting on the couch in my Toronto Blue Jays T-shirt will have to do. #GoJaysGo

I’m one proud husband. My lovely wife knocked it out of the park on this podcast. You know, it’s kind of cool being married to Canada’s foremost butter tart expert. podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/b...

Totally worth the three-decade wait! Don’t get me wrong — it’s not going to win any Oscars. But it effectively captures most of what made The Long Walk one of my fave @stephenking.bsky.social stories. The dialogue is outstanding, and the slowly building sense of dread is excruciating. 8/10.

If you ever have the chance to watch the #RCAF #Snowbirds in person, do it. I almost skipped their performance today in #Midland. Look what I would’ve missed!

You mean this southern end?
The tip of Point Pelee National Park.

I love his work. We’ve had this one hanging in our house for years.

What a week! We cycled around Leamington, Pelee Island, Niagara-on-the-Lake and St. Jacobs — more than 100 kilometres in five days. Exhausting and ridiculously fun time with the absolute best bike buddy.

It took a little longer than a month, but the last of the Ontario's Best Butter Tart Festival butter tarts is now gone. I’ll have to buy more at next year’s event.

One of the more memorable interviews I’ve ever conducted. Gillian completely upended my expectations of what it means for someone to be autistic. www.waypointcentre.ca/news/autism-...

Such a great day at Ontario's Best Butter Tart Festival with Lily and Emily. We also bumped into the in-laws and met up with my dad. All in all, a wonderful time.

Mental Health in Motion participants followed a route that took them through the grounds of Discovery Harbour this morning. A little history, a little scenery and a little exercise — all in support of the inspiring work that happens every day at @waypointcentre.bsky.social.

This election campaign was the shortest allowed by law, and yet it seemed like it would never end. Maybe that’s because one party was so nasty and vacuous.
Regardless, the sloganeering and mudslinging are over; now it’s your turn to do your part.
VOTE! 🇨🇦 🗳️ ✔️

An underrated place to see in @en.ottawa.ca is Hog’s Back Park. We had a nice little stroll with the kids during a recent visit.

Favourite #Survivor moment ever. I might even have gotten a little teary-eyed.

Haven’t watched the Penetang Kings in ages. Figured Game 7 of a playoff series was a good excuse to get out to the arena. Exciting game so far. It’s 4-4 heading to overtime.
