Just think about all the NE/Midwest cities alone that could be linked to the major airports and cutting down on some of these regional flights given how stressed our airports are.

Probably needs for over the freight tracks and West Side Avenue given the traffic there. Interestingly enough that entire plot of land below is being all cleared the past year for a warehouse development, I believe.

They also are leaving behind a lot of people who take it from JC/Union City to the Walmart in Secaucus + Harmon Meadow stores. If NJSEA would build that boardwalk over the marsh to Tonnelle Ave light rail at least that’s a doable walk.

They made that change prior to that, but I think that totally makes sense it’s still going down. People are choosing alternatives at this point.
