Celebrated Doctor Who day by binging the recent animation for the Savages, a pretty neat story with solid animation. I like that it's basically Ursula K. Le Guin's utopia story with the child in the basement. The Doctor goes off on the fascists. Shame it's completely missing.

Doctor Who is infamous for being the budget sci-fi show where they regularly tape some tinfoil onto a garbage bin and call it a robot, so it's some intense whiplash when a fucking live elephant waltzes into the studio.

I needed Popka's lines without any background music. Since you can't turn the music off in Klonoa 2, I had to grab ripped voice clips and overlap with the video. Since there are 100+ clips of Popka yelling nonsense, I needed to transcribe the lines to simplify my search.
