... also, Cybertrucks aren't selling 250k units a year, they aren't bulletproof, a Tesla still hasn't managed to drive itself out of LA much less across country, SpaceX has not passed any of the environmental inspections in Texas and there is no tunnel train connecting Vegas and the West coast.

DOGE claims they have saved $200+ billion, but much of their claims have been debunked - claiming contracts already paid as "savings", unspecified reductions, etc. The amount that's verifiable is closer to $8 billion. The only thing private enterprise is SO much more efficient than gov't is lying.

Only 2 of the 11 stated objectives require humans on Mars, and those are simply about how Mars affects humans.
