Learning Malayalam has made me realize how much Korean I already know and can read, which has been interesting. I always feel so discouraged because I don't feel I'm making enough progress.

Anyway, first world problems and we all have more important things to place our attention on, but I needed a moment to vent.

I contacted the company and they're working on it. But they went with the shipping company information that the package was undeliverable. I set them straight on that. Let's see what they do, but I did say I was open to being refunded in full. Would rather have what I ordered, but, man.

Then the had the nerve to say the package was undeliverable, and asked for an access code to try this again. What? It's a house. You don't need an access code. And you know that, BECAUSE YOU NEVER CAME UP THE STREET.

I hope so, too. It's very strange.

I just find Ryu Seung-ryong breathtaking as an actor. We just finished Low Life where the way he plays his character twists us up in knots. Dream Life is stressing me out but between RSR and everything else, we just want to keep going with it.

I am dying to see Ekō , but I will say that the reviews of it seem to be polar opposite depending on whether it's a Malayalee talking about it or a non-Malayalee talking about it. (That won't stop me, but I need to wait for streaming Yet Again.)

I am sad, but I don't think she will. It just about breaks my heart to think about what she's gone through and the dignity she's shown in talking about it.

Yes, I was thinking both of those things. Free, and free publicity for the film. It's really infuriating.

I'm just editing an episode of our podcast where I compared a Malayalam film to Dharam Veer and mentioned Dharmendra, his outfights, and (cough) his thighs. This is making me much more sad than I would have expected.

He is my favourite in Sholay. Yes, I said it. :-)
