It does suck, but it's been far too long to chase it up anymore. Plus they could easily deny or claim it was done and I wouldn't be able to prove it.

I wrote it off because it was just $20, and it was to help them get a tablet, but don't open emergency commissions if you don't intend on following through with them.

I don't recall how long exactly because, funny fact, I went to check to see if they still had the journal up which showed that very queue just so I could double check how long it's been. It's now gone, so their oldest journal only says 6 years ago. I assure you, it's been much longer.
