I think the AI is being addressed, though. They have been listening to their players, so it's good they've taken the issues to heart and worked to fix or add stuff that makes it better.

I've had races where they've stopped dead on corners because they've got themselves stuck, yet other races they take corners so quickly as if they didn't need to put the brakes on where I had to.

I've played both normal and hard. Normal seems to be too easy. Hard is too hard.

I wanna race fair and be challenged, but it doesn't feel like either difficulty fits my ideal skill level.

It doesn't help that the AI is wildly inconsistent. They're either dumb as bricks or way quicker on corners.

I picked up Formula Legends again after I read that they added a new handling model to pick from. It feels so much better with it, and I have been having a more enjoyable time.

Though it's still not without its flaws. I think the balance against the AI is a little skewed.

They're not gonna win any awards or anything, but I have had more enjoyment out of them than its main story at this point. I just hope the later story beats are better.

Still, a fun free-to-play MMO, been enjoying my time with it so far.

I dunno what it is. Perhaps its just the generic plot. Perhaps its the fact it had too many writers so there's nothing really making sense in certain parts, and the pacing is just weirdly all over the place. Yet, the side quests are some of the best aspects of this game.

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is a lot of fun, and I have been enjoying its systems despite some of it being complicated and a bit jank, but I can NOT stand its main story plot.

However, I have been enjoying the side quests and their stories way more.

I just don't know what to do. ConFuzzled is my holiday away every year, so I very much would like to be there, but I just don't know if it's worth it if I can't get in the place or the Crowne itself where all my friends are, and the Arden just doesn't seem that feasible for me.

I'm at a loss.

Since I've had time to process the news of not securing a room for next year's CFz, I'm weighing my options. I can either wait and hope for non-payments or cancellations, try and get at the Arden, or simply bite the bullet and miss it entirely.

Clearly, I want to avoid the last option, though..
