Michael Bohacek: Many of you have asked my position on redistricting. I have been an unapologetic advocate for people with intellectual disabilities since the birth of my second daughter. Those of you that don't know me or my family might not know that my daughter has Down Syndrome. This is not the first time our president has used these insulting and derogatory references and his choices of words have consequences. I will be voting NO on redistricting, perhaps he can use the next 10 months to convince voters that his policies and behavior deserve a congressional majority.

It's underage and hands-off for grown men.

The girls weren't dating him, that would be bad enough. They were recruited, paid, shared. They didn't want to do those acts, they were groomed, threatened, and bribed.

I suspect the 8 who officially caved are giving cover to others. I urge him to keep holding strong. The current deal is a joke. A Republican pinky swear means nothing. It's clear from polling and recent elections that the mandate is to keep fighting-- not just for healthcare and affordability, but AGAINST the Trump regime's efforts to autocratize us. As former military, he should be at the forefront of holding the line against the unwinding of American democracy.

I've been seeing these posts on FB from a legislator I was unfamiliar with. I finally looked him up, and learned he reps the town I grew up and spent half my life in (we've since moved away). I worked in those schools and know how hungry a lot of those kids were. I applaud Dr. Sen. Anwar
End of day three of living on $6.20 per day. My dinner tonight is lentil soup, black beans with one egg, and 1/3 cup of frozen brocolli My Dinner. A bit late. Rice with garbanzo beans, 1/5 onion, 2 eggs (cholesterol, but limited budget restricts types of protein). Carbs are less expensive but make for most calories. Fresh veg options limited.
