Funny story: my career in drones exists because I have a arithmetic learning disability, tested awfully in math and couldn’t study STEM in college, and became so angered by how normal it was to look down upon non-tech people in the 2010s that I decided to master a hard tech field out of pure spite.

Why didn't you deploy the national guard? I would think there would be a state sovereignty argument for preventing federal actions temporarily while they are summarily executing your citizenry. Actually do something instead of getting on the phone.

What baffles me as a (kind of) academic is the apparent lack of power that the legal academy seems to hold over professional practitioners (e.g. lawyers and judges). It appears that law profs have no real ability to affect the practice of law. So, what's the point then of legal academia?

So @governorwalz.mn.gov how about you direct all MN state and local agencies from collaborating with federal officials in any way, shape, or form? They want to run their BS alone, so let them. Not just LE too. Everything. Burn all bridges of cooperation between MN and the feds.
