I also, for the record, was around when various people made absurd claims as to why the program should be cancelled. The commentary around this thing was a mess. FFG was never gonna have the firepower of a DDG and that was ok.

Also how do we intend to do biotech when the guy at HHS doesn’t believe in germ theory. Like all of the advances in biotech are kinda related to the MRNA stuff he keeps ranting about.

Also all wargame assumptions are bad but some are less bad than others. If you think your intel, models, and assumptions are perfect I think you’re losing the war.

We were already doing this and there is a significant difference in outcomes and analysis for sims vs wargames. They each have their purposes.
