Across Charlotte, I saw several small groups holding protests on the side of the road. One of those protests consisted of 2 high schoolers. Their school was going to hold a walk out that day but had postponed it. One of the teens told me, “You don’t tell me when to protest. It's happening now, so I’m here now”. One morning, I got stuck in traffic in a residential neighborhood. There was a local police car and someone filming down the road, so I pulled over to investigate and spoke to the man who was filming.
