Im doing Astarion’s romance with Amos, and they’re a funny duo. I imagine Astarion is always scoffing or eye rolling at Amos’s commitment to being *lawful* *good*, but he respects it all the same because it’s so very genuine from Amos. It’s not a means to an ends, he’s very earnest with his values.

Any time someone has tried to extort Amos in BG3 he just gives them the money… like, by his faith he has little reason to hold on to it and if he can give it to another, he’d rather do that.
I like to imagine his party hates this about him… but he’s very stubborn about it.
