It is true. We do all of this from the ground up and show real world techniques the entire way instead of just showing off features. By the end of it you have a blog with a db, full auth and user roles. We don’t use any 3rd party UI libraries just my css starter Graffiti that you can leave off.

if you're ever confused about the origin of a state change in your @svelte.dev app, we just shipped a nice quality of life enhancement to the `$inspect(...)` rune (svelte.dev/docs/svelte/...) — it now automatically prints a stack trace. @pngwn.at goaded me into it

The more color systems I write, the more I realize that opacity variants are way more useful than lightness variants.
From a CSS library I wrote for myself: drop-in-graffiti.netlify.app

Fun little interaction challenge: one select changes the options of another, which needs to load data depending on the first.
This is how you do it with the new Svelte APIs. Comfortably fits into one screenshot.

I've been so annoyed by AI tools and CSS that I made a CSS MCP that:
* consults with MDN for docs
* reports browser compat
* uses project Wallace to analyze your CSS
github.com/stolinski/cs...
Also made claude code agent for css but still perfecting it.
